How to use:
Open the two U-shaped arm together. Wrap a yarn around the arms. Follow the same steps with the other side arms. Close the arms. Cut the yarn with a sharp pair of scissors between the U-shaped arms. Cut the yarn all away around the circle. Take a strand of yarn, slide it through the same cut, tie a knot and pull tight.
